"Up Close and Personal" with Annie "LatinJazzy" Rodriguez Interview
So...(I start off a lot of my writings with So..)
So, I had an interview with Annie “LatinJazzy” Rodriguz last night! Her show is called “Up Close and Personal”… and well, I think we accomplished that goal! I believe I shared things I hadn’t shared before! (So my Mom says) I’m pretty sure I have established the fact that I enjoy talking about this journey I’m on. We talked about me being asked to leave my HR Exec job, writing my songs, my dream producers and collaborations, my name, singing the National Anthem and much more! I think the thing that touched me most is that she found me to be genuine and transparent. And guess what, she likes my voice and my songs too! We had a great conversation that went well past the time we had set aside for the interview! She also played all of my tunes and I snuck in a little acapella as well, embarrassingly realizing I had sang along with all of my tracks! Who does that!!? Note to self, the mic is always hot girl!!
We did get “up close and personal” just as we set out to do. Annie is an amazing lady with a sweet spirit and an authentic vibe! I just love her! It was my honor to be on her show!! I’m hoping to make it to the “DMV” soon and toss back a few Mojitos with her!!
